He is survived by: his father Gerald Abbott; his wife Kim Ledford Abbott; his children, Michael Abbott of Easley, Joshua Abbott of Greenville and Megan Abbott of Simpsonville; and his grandchildren, Aubrey Abbott and Chase Abbott. He is also survived by one brother; three sisters.
