He was predeceased by: his parents, Bonnie Simmons and Jimmy Simmons. He is survived by: his wife Gail; his children, Michelle and Michael (Misty); his stepgrandchildren, Zach, Pierce and Preston; his granddaughter Cora; and his brother Don Simmons (Essie).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Woodlawn Memorial Park (1 Pine Knoll Dr, Greenville, SC 29609).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mitchell Road Christian Academy.
