He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel Hines and Hollan Hines; his brother Steve; and his niece Katie Hines Greer. He is survived by: his siblings, Pat Hines (Diane), Lynn Bradley (Terry), Don Hines (Teresa) and Chris Chapman (Joey); his nibling Kim Geddie; and his grandchild Paxton.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations in Mike's memory be made to St. Francis.
