He is survived by: his wife Susan Craig Sanders; his children, Jim Sanders (Portia), Rachel Sanders Hulisz (Alex), Joanna Boutwell (John) and Will Sanders (Mari); his grandchildren, Ben, Emma, Vivian, Ethan and Coral; his sister Linda Furr (Jimmy Furr); and his sisters-in-law, Becky Sanders and Carolyn Sanders. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
