She was predeceased by: her mother Ellen Morton Thompson; and her daughters, Lisa Haden and Angela Blake. She is survived by: her husband Sanford Smith; her daughter Donna Edwards of Charlotte, NC; and her sisters, Bobbie Jean Thompson and Genevie Redding of Greer. She is also survived by four grandchildren; extended family.
