He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Bradshaw and Mary Webb Bradshaw. He is survived by: his children, Otha Kim Bradshaw (Revonda), Pam Crumpton and Sandra Carithers; and his siblings, Eugenia Bradshaw Potylicki, Del Bradshaw (Pat), Joe Bradshaw, Grady Bradshaw and Yvonne Kuykendall. He is also survived by six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
