He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Dellard Handly and Mary Louise Handly (Henry); his siblings, Beverly Handly and Brenda Handly; and his grandson Zane Handly.
He is survived by: his daughters, Charity Patillo (Kimp Patillo) and Kristi Handly-Parsons (Don Parsons); his siblings, Shirl Handly, Barbara Kramer, Sharron Palmer and Roger Handly; his grandchildren, Kimp Patillo II, Kristopher Patillo and Kiara Patillo; his great grandchildren, Kenadee Patillo and Kavion Patillo; and his nephew Bryan Kramer.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to The Parkinson's Foundation in his honor.
