He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Rogers and Elizabeth Holder Rogers; and his sons, Tommy W. Rogers and William E. Rogers. He is survived by: his son Randall R. Rogers (Elizabeth); and his cousin Betty Durham Owens. He is also survived by sister, four grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
