He was predeceased by: his former wife Sarah Nixon Parker; his brothers, Neal David Parker, Wayne Patrick Parker and Alton Mark Parker, Jr.; and his parents, Alton M. Parker Sr. and Verna Bollinger Parker.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Parker; his daughters, Elizabeth Parker of Duncan, SC, Kathleen Barker (Greg Lubberdink) of Collingwood, Ontario and Cynthia Kirby of Hilton Head, SC; his brother-in-law Ernest Dreyer; and his mother-in-law Florence Peters. He is also survived by five step-children; seven grandchildren; eight step-grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and one step great-grandchild.
