He was predeceased by: his parents, T. J. Sisk and Helen Richardson Sisk; his sons, Richard and Rickey Sisk; and his siblings, Tommy Sisk, Lane Sisk and Ann Rainey.

He is survived by: his wife Reba Sisk; his children, Amy Todd (Eric), Angie Hawkins (Stuart), Becky and Bobby Sisk; his grandchildren, Kelly Hawkins, Jacob Todd, Haley Hawkins, Zachary Todd and Ryan Todd; and his siblings, Ken Sisk, Jane Arnold (Billy) and Judy Dickson (David). He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Calvary First Baptist Church, 11 Tampa St, Greenville, SC 29609.
