He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Stephen Macdonald and Natalie Jane Eckland Macdonald; and his brothers, Douglas Stephen Macdonald and John Patrick Macdonald. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Macdonald; and his daughters, Grace Macdonald (Jordan Faeghi) of Sydney and Heather Macdonald (Sunhyoung Kim) of Seoul. He is also survived by family members, countless friends.
