She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Golden West and Emma Lee West; her children, Angela West of Greenville, SC, Christopher West of Greenville, SC and Darrell West (Thomasina) of Greenville, SC; and her siblings, Beatrice Noel of Greenville, SC, Ruth Hagood of Greenville, SC, Emma Johnson of Greenville, SC, Betty West of Laurens, SC, Willie Earle West of Greenville, SC and Bobby George West of Gray Court, SC. She was also cherished by five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Paramount Park Baptist Church (705 Augusta St, Greenville, SC 29605). A burial was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 at the Resthaven Memorial Gardens (1655 Piedmont Hwy, Piedmont, SC 29673).
