He is survived by: his wife Cindy Weber-Starnes; his sons, Steven Starnes and James Starnes; his stepdaughters, Rae Blackledge (Brad Burge) and Kathryn Weber; his grandsons, Oliver, Wesley, Finley and Philip; and his sisters, Elizabeth Starnes (Lee Posthumus) and Meredith Curry.
