He is survived by: his wife Betty Shelton Whitlock; his siblings, Randy Whitlock (Rhonda), Barbara Davis, Keith Blakely, Cheryl Goza and John Whitlock; his mother-in-law Lucille Bowen (late Henry Shelton); his siblings-in-law, Shirley Fortin (Peter), Lisa Bowen and Robert Shelton (Joyce); and his close friends, Joyce Satterfield and Linda Ramirez. He is also survived by animals, especially the 11 dogs.
