He was predeceased by: his parents, George Threlkeld and Shelby Partridge Threlkeld; his stepparents, Elaine Threlkeld and Jimmy Perdue; and his brother Keith Threlkeld.
He is survived by: his wife Tanya Davidson Threlkeld; his son Tommy Shane Threlkeld; his grandson Dalton Shane Threlkeld; and his siblings, Steve Threlkeld, Gary Threlkeld, Donna Threlkeld, Deanne Davidson, George Threlkeld, Gardner Perdue and Kellie Tolson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
