It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vanoy Wilson of Greenville, South Carolina, who passed away on May 1, 2025, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Vanoy may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Vanoy touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Wilson; and his daughter Sandy Wilson Bolin. He is survived by: his son Mike Wilson (Janet); his grandchildren, Michelle Wilson Mast (Michael), Michael Wilson, Jr. (Lauren) and Brock Bolin (Kelly); and his great grandchildren, Dakota Mast, Thomas, Ethan, Sandy Bolin and Michael Wilson III.
