He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Parker Manuel and Melba Jane Sovereign Manuel. He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, Mark Manuel (Rachel) of Davenport, Iowa and Kristin Black (Tim) of Simpsonville; his brothers, Jim Manuel (Linda) of Cedar Rapids and Tom Manuel of Macomb, Illinois; his grandchildren, Kelsey Anderson (Taylor), Tyler Black, Elliott Manuel (Allie) and Franki Manuel (Hayden); and his great grandchild Ellie Anderson.
