With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Virginia Ann Mackey (Greenville, South Carolina), born in Mount Clemens, Michigan, who passed away on January 6, 2024 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Edward Mackey, Jr.; her parents, Lorne Eagle and Helen Eagle (Lanko); her son-in-law Frederick Sauter, Jr.; her sisters, Patricia Peterson and May Byrd; and her brother-in-law Jack Byrd.
She is survived by: her daughter Theresa A. Sauter of Greenville, SC; her grandsons, Trevor Sauter (Jamal) and Ryan Sauter; her brother Daniel Eagle; and her brother-in-law Robert Peterson.
