He is survived by: his children, Steve Smith and Carla Smith; his sister Linda Suttles; his grandchildren, Monika Sayers, Kinsey Smith, Michael Smith and Skylar Smith; and his great grandchildren, Nolan, Kaitlynn and Xander.
