William Eugene Patterson Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Eugene Patterson (Greenville, South Carolina), who passed away on August 17, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Louise "Lou" Tinsley Patterson; his parents, Daniel Eugene Patterson and Lucille Cleveland Williams; his son David "Dave" Patterson; and his grandsons, Max Casto and Justin Casto.

He is survived by: his children, Joey Patterson (Angela) and Sherri Casto; and his grandchildren, Nick Casto (Renee), Blaine Patterson Statom (Lucas), Jarrod Casto (Michelle), Kendall Patterson and Cole Patterson (Abby).
