He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Billy" Hagins and Hilda Calloway Hagins; and his brother Stephen Hagins. He is survived by: his wife Debby Hagins; his children, Dustin Hagins and Grace Eskew (Trent); his brothers, Timothy Hagins (Melinda) and Richard Hagins; and his granddaughters, Amelia Eskew and Claire Eskew. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
