He was predeceased by: his parents, William Thomas Hyde, Sr. and Lola Patridge Hyde; and his sister Carol Ann Hyde. He is survived by: his daughters, Lauren Hyde Hornaday and Caroline Hyde; his sisters, Rosemary Hyde and Kathy Hyde; and his grandchildren, Carter, Collins, Katherine and Lily Ann.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 PM at the Thomas McAfee Funeral Homes - Southeast Chapel (1604 NE Main St, Simpsonville, SC 29681). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
