He is survived by: his children, James McNeely of Greenville, SC, Laura Wilbanks and Leigh Goss; his siblings, Thomas McNeely of Toronto and Catherine Raymer; and his grandchildren, Heather Stewart of Anderson, SC and Daniel Wilbanks of Greenville, SC..
