He is survived by: his wife Angela Wakefield; his sons, William Scott Wakefield, Jr., Jeremy P. Wakefield and S. Lyle Wakefield; his daughters-in-law, Adrienne, Miranda and Jennifer Wakefield; his grandchildren, Kara Wakefield and Davis Wakefield; his sister-in-law Darlene Wakefield; his parents-in-law, Sammy and Ann Kay, Sr.; his brother-in-law Reverend Sammy Kay, Jr.; his brother Danny; his sister-in-law Allilian Trull; his brother Bob; and his sister-in-law Samantha Wilson.
