He was predeceased by: his wife Luz Bautista; and his son Marcos Bautista. He is survived by: his sons, John Bautista (Karen), Alfonso Bautista Jr. (Maudie) and Gabriel Bautista; his grandchildren, Logan Dean (Brandon), Spencer Bautista, Trinidad Cruz (Uriel), Jasmine Macias, Gabriel Bautista Jr., Giovanni Bautista, Alexus Earle (Aiden), Eddie, Lily, Mateus and Luna Bautista; and his great grandchildren, Greg, Natalie, Sofia Cruz and Desiree Earle.

Visitation was held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Legacy City Church (1560 Parkway, Greenwood, SC 29646).
