He was predeceased by: his parents, Major Woodrow and Josie Bayne Looper. He is survived by: his children, Michael Looper (Tara) of Pickens and Christy Owens (Brian) of Greenville; his grandchildren, Austin (Kaitlyn), Aaron, Alaya, Jesse, Nicholas, Caroline and Caitlyn; his great grandchild Addilyn; his stepgranddaughters, Rachelle and Hannah; his stepgreat-granddaughter Freya; and his brother Dewayne Looper (Stephanie) of Ninety Six. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; his best friend.
