It is with sadness that the passing of Annette Yvonne Reese (Greenwood, South Carolina) is shared. Annette, born on December 1, 1948, passed away on October 6, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Reese and Essie Mae Harlings Reese; her daughter Torri S. Reese; and her siblings, Mary "Libby" Arnold, Sandra Boozer, Bernadine Reese, Ronald "Ronnie" Reese and Jesse "Joe Lewis" Reese.
She is survived by: her sons, Vincent Reese of Greenwood, Kelvin Reese of Greenwood and Charvis Reese of Greenwood; her siblings, Janice L. Reese of Greenwood and Wayne Reese of Greenville; and her nieces, Frances Lindsey, Angela Reese, Sharron Jones, Deborah Arnold, Takeshia Arnold and Lawanda Reese. She is also survived by three grandchildren; two great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, grand nieces, grand nephews, and other relatives and friends.
Viewing was held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the J. L. Parks Family Funeral Home (514 Hackett Ave, Greenwood, SC 29646). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Springfield Baptist Church (2361 SC-72, Greenwood, SC 29649).
