She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Sales and Annie Lou Roundtree Sales; her spouse Olander Lanier; her brothers, Charlie Sales Jr., Thomas Sales, Ernest "Dank" Sales, Rufus "Nick" Sales, Willie "Bill" Sales and Johnnie R. Sales; and her close friend James Albert Clark.
She is survived by: her children, Bruce Sales (Lisa) of Greenwood, Antoinette Lanier Dansby (Robert) of McCormick, Trevis Lanier (Lizeth) of Columbia, Reginald Lanier (Tony) of Greenwood and Karl Lanier of Texas; her sisters, Cornelia Sales Martin (late George Martin) of Greenwood, Odell Sales Parks (William) of Troy, Lillian Sales Dansby (Clisby) of McCormick, Betty Sales Sprowl (Robert (Hank)) of Greenwood, Katherine Sales Miller (George (Randy)) of Troy and Delores Sales Settles (Lewis) of Greenwood; and her siblings-in-law, Miriam Lanier Mack (Raymond) of Warner Robins, GA, Doris Lanier Nelson of Greenwood, Luephilia Lanier Gilchrist of Greenwood, Willie Mae Lanier of Greenwood, Annie Marie Roundtree of Greenwood, Lillie Mae Belcher of Greenwood and Wade "Alphonso" Lanier (Catherine). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
