It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bobbie Proctor of Greenwood, South Carolina, born in McCormick, South Carolina, who passed away on June 14, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Allen "Biddy" Proctor; and her parents, Monroe Simpson and Anna Goff Simpson. She is survived by: her children, Charles "Steve" Proctor (Angie) of Greenwood and Kathy Hastings (Frankie) of Hodges; and her sister Doris Smith of Abbeville. She is also survived by five grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
