It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Brent Saxon formerly of Greenwood, South Carolina, born in Augusta, Georgia, who passed away at the age of 60, on November 17, 2020. He is survived by: his spouse Courtney Sherard Saxon; his children, Taylor Saxon of Charlotte, NC, Dana Curry (William) of Aiken, Michael Barthelemy (Amanda) of Lafayette, IN and CharLeigh White; his grandchildren, Adam and Allie of Lafayette, IN; his brothers, Eric Saxon (Kim) of Murfreesboro, TN and Chris Saxon of Wilmington Island, GA.; his parents-in-law, Stephen and Trudy Sherard of Greenwood; and his friends, Tim, Julie Wideman, Chris, Carmen Edwards, Trey, Kim Banks and David Able.

A memorial service adhering to all CDC Covid guidelines including the required wearing of masks and social distancing will be held outside on Friday, November 20, 2020 at 1:00 p. m. at Rock Presbyterian Church officiated by Dr. Chris Leonard.

It is requested that flowers be omitted, and memorials be made in memory of Brent to MEGS House (Megshouse.org) or the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (CFF.org).
