She is survived by: her children, Lisa Stephens (Michael) of Greenwood, Jason Keith Hoffman (Maria) of Lenox and Robert Donald Hoffman of Sycamore, Georgia; her siblings, Carl Richard Smith, Jr. (Liz) of Ocala, Florida and Carol Challancin of Ocala, Florida; and her grandchildren, Wes Evans, Anna Hanvey, Lauren Kennemore (James), Melissa Williams (Jonas), Jon Lomax (Brooke), Jason Hoffman, Jr. and Carly Hoffman. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
