She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Carruth and Johnnie Mae Carruth; her siblings, Betty Alewine, Ann Sprouse, Jack Carruth, Larry Carruth, Ed Carruth and Jimmy Carruth; and her brother-in-law Terry Wicker.
She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Threlkeld (Travis), Amanda Sanders (Kevin), Jeff Dixon (Velvet) and Jonathan Ricks (Kesiah Lillard); her siblings, Jane Wicker and Dean Carruth (Brenda); her grandchildren, Justin, Stephanie, Ashley, Andy, Payton, Chris and Jennifer; her great grandchildren, Catherine, Payne, Wesley, Kobe, Rhett, Logan, Layla, Mady, Ella, Marley, Nickolas and Cheraden; and her great great grandchild Lyles.
