He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Milton Anderson and Ruby Belle Catlin Anderson; his former wife Millie Whittington; his children, Sharon and David; and his sister LaVelle McDougal.
He is survived by: his daughter Patricia "Tricia" Barton (Michael) of North Aurora; and his granddaughter Eleanor Barton.
