He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles William Collins, Sr. and Thelma Crank Collins. He is survived by: his daughter Carla Crocker of Fort Mill; his grandchildren, Sharon Crocker Harrell (Tyler) of Rock Hill and William Seth Crocker (Mariel) of Kingsland, GA; and his great grandchild Sammiel Crocker.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to North Side Baptist Church.
