He is survived by: his mother Kathy Cook Adams; his wife Teresa; his stepchildren, Kishia White (Jesse) and Joshua Passmore (Brittany); his stepfather Michael Adams; his sister Rene Dobbins; and his grandchildren, Jaiden, David White, Epiphany, Orion, Wesley and Beatrice Passmore.
