He was predeceased by: his parents, James Preston Harter and Linda Bryan Harter. He is survived by: his children, Dexter Harter and Trisha Moone; his aunts, Linda McCaslin (George), Jo Ann Burroughs (Willis) and Carolyn Blackwell; his stepsisters, Bonnie and Beth; and his grandson Jackson Jacob Harter.
