In the vast expanse of eternity, Chris shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Chris farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Giles Donald and Linda Beam McLane. He is survived by: his sons, Allan G. McLane (Danielle) and William J. McLane (Katherine); his sister Angela McLane Cogburn; his grandchildren, Zoey Lindley, Lillian Kate Brinson and Wyatt McLane; and the mother of his children Mandy McLane. He is also survived by 12 nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, it is requested that donations be sent to the Greenwood County Library System, Ninety Six Branch, 100 Cambridge St S., Ninety Six, SC 29666.
