He is survived by: his wife Mabel Vanarsdal Roods; his daughters, Katie Duncan (Chad), Jennifer Halverson (Eric) and Danielle Roods; his sisters, Carolyn Patton (Dick) and Gerriann Cotter; his grandchildren, Bryce Duncan, Chloe Ann Duncan and Ann Marie Halverson; his sister Hadley Halverson; and his pet Cosmo.
