Dougherty (Greenwood, South Carolina), born in Columbia, South Carolina, who passed away on February 4, 2026, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Cynthia Mabry Dougherty; and his daughter Emily King. He is survived by: his children, Shayne Sorrow (Matt) of Greenwood, SC, Ashley Musson (Scott) of Chapel Hill, NC and Adam Dougherty (Haley) of Columbia, SC; and his grandchildren, Anna Claire, David, Jack, Kai, Grace, Elizabeth and Cate.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Church of the Resurrection Foundation, Hospice & Palliative Care of the Piedmont, or to a charity of one's choice.
