He is survived by: his spouse Billie Jo Hughes Watkins; his daughter Heather Clark (Jimmy Clark) of Waterloo; his sisters, Lynn Bannister (David) and Cathy Smith (Steve); his sister-in-law Kathy Hughes (Scott Bearden); his son-in-law Jim Miles (Kathy); his grandchildren, Darian Paxton (Matthew), Claire Cribbs, Summer Smith (Travis), Zach Miles (Donna), Colin Miles (Kaeley), Meredith Keisler (Wyatt), Garrett Miles and Hannah Miles; and his great grandchildren, Maci, Layla, Walker Paxton, Conner and Caroline Smith.
