She was predeceased by: her husband Phillip G. Kemp; and her father Richard Clark "Dick" Floyd. She is survived by: her mother Ethel Messer Floyd; her children, Michael Kemp (Jessica) of Concord, NC and Jennifer Turner (Matt Gann) of Cartersville, GA; her grandchildren, Jackson G. Kemp, Zoé Turner, Maddi-Jaymes Kemp and Zaine Turner; and her pet Blu.
