He is survived by: his wife Marcelle Hall Cook; his children, Jacob Phillip Cook (Shelby) of Greenville, Sabrina Cook (Noah Woodyard) and Samantha Hooker (Jonathan); his brother Andrew Cook of Greenwood; and his grandsons, Robin, William and Edmund.
