He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Madry Jefferson and Annie Williams Jefferson; and his brother W. H. Jefferson. He is survived by: his wife Ramona McKee Jefferson; his children, Kenneth Jefferson (Jane), Linda J. Minor, Tony Jefferson (Lisa), Denise J. Steele (Chuck) and Cindy J. Tollison; and his grandchildren, Julie Jefferson, John Jefferson (Raquel), Douglas Jefferson (Muriel), Matthew Minor (Casey) and Spencer Tollison (Sierra). He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Greenwood Memorial Gardens (3302 US-25, Hodges, SC 29653).
