He was predeceased by: his grandmother Barbara Baker; and his great-grandparents, Silas, Eula Waites and Devry. He is survived by: his parents, Richard Bowie and Cheryl Baker Phillips (Sam); his daughter Karsyn; the parent of his child Leeann Starling of Ninety Six; his grandfather Millard Baker; his aunt Sharon Powell (Chip); and his uncle Vince Baker of Hodges.

CDC guidelines will be followed including social distancing and masks required.
