She was predeceased by: her husband Bobby Lee Cook; and her parents, Eddie Hollingsworth and Mary Harvley Hollingsworth. She is survived by: her children, Eddie Riley (Lori) and Alice Austin Cook; and her brother Donald Hollingsworth (Elaine). She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
