He is survived by: his wife Lucy Smith-Tolbert; his children, Franklin Tolbert, Jr. (Tenesha) of Pearland, TX, Gregory Tolbert (Lisa) of Greenwood, SC, Rori T. Ashwood (Keith) of Charlotte, NC and Kimora T. Herring (Michael) of Charlotte, NC; and his sister Wynetta Parks of Charleston, SC. He is also survived by three brothers-in-law, seven sisters-in-laws, ten grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, dedicated nieces.
