He is survived by: his wife Margaret Ellerbe "Peggy" Stroud; his children, Raymond Theron "Tray" Sivell III of Wellford, Andrew Gabriel "Drew" Sivell of Greenwood and Hannah Stroud Cook (Will) of Greenville; his siblings, John Holloway Stroud (Ferol) of Greenwood and Carole Stroud Cash (Paul) of Kinards; his grandsons, William Reid Cook, Jr. and Winn Lanford Cook; and his siblings' children, Keaton Stroud Rogers (Sam), Jordan Elizabeth Cash, Rachael Cash Tomlinson (Harry) and Phillip Ethan Cash.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 21st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Blyth Funeral Home Chapel (1425 Montague Ave, Greenwood, SC 29649). A reception was held on Sunday, September 21st 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
