She was predeceased by: her parents, John L Abney and Irene Spearman Abney; and her children, Stephanie Speach, Cathy Pope and Willie Henry Speach.
She is survived by: her husband Joe Speach, Sr.; her sons, Michael Speach (Linda) of Charlotte, NC, James Garrett Speach (Lisa) of Simpsonville, SC, Reginald, Joe Speach Jr. of Charlotte, NC and Antonio Speach (Tiffanie) of Rock Hill, SC; and her siblings, Oliver Pope (Teresa) of Greenwood and Vivian Abney of Woonescoket, RI. She is also survived by grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
