She is survived by: her husband John Harold Collins, Jr.; her daughters, Susan Denise Collins Dugger (William) of Jacksonville and Dana B. Henderson (Gregory) of Walhalla, SC; and her grandchildren, Angela Jester (Michael) of Boston, MA, Joshua Kyle Henderson (Megan) of Whitehouse, TX, Denny Ray Balchin, Jr. (Krista) of Seneca, SC, Thomas Brandon Balchin of Wilmington, NC, Zachariah Lynn Henderson (Lauren) of Wilmington, NC, Kenneth Ray Collins of Greenwood and Heather Leann Silvia of Jacksonville, FL. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
She also led the children's choir at Beulah Baptist Church and made significant contributions to the children's ministry there.
