She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Welborn Whitt and Alice Conwell Whitt Tate; and her brothers, Ronald Dale Whitt and Frank Welborn Whitt. She is survived by: her spouse Terry Shaw; her children, Shannon Provan, Michelle Woodard, Wayne Summers, Alden Shaw, Addy Shaw and Charlee Trotter; and her sister Gail Coursey (Chuck).
